This morning my apple snail was floating on top of the water. So I put it in one of the houses I have in my tank...(to hold it down) And it was back up at the top later on. I put it back down and I can see some movement, but why is this happening? Will my snail be ok?

All the retards stop answering wuestions if you don't know the answer.

He's not dead, he's clearly alive. Apple snails do that all the time. Mine did. After about 4 days if he hasn't come down you should be worried.

If his trapdoor is receded into his shell and he smells like crap, thats how you know he's dead.

sounds like widely used habit for a snail until eventually you mentioned clouds of mucous? sounds like he's demise, it must be some variety of protection mechanism yet, i think of it extremely is demise attempt touching it back if the shell closes up back he's alive and that i might probably get all the salt out which you will in clean water that's extra used for a treatment or treatment relatively then basically putting it in for no reason little shouldn't harm and your mollies are probably used to it and the snail basically might have have been given a great deal stunned by way of it. wish this might have helped you
