Not at all...because they wouldn't be alive if you didn't care for them.

My husband and I have 1 cat, 1 dog, 1 turtle, 5 gold fish & 2 catfish (algae eaters). We love each of them, in very different ways, and if anything happens to them...we care.

We've had several gold fish over the years, when one of them dies, we don't cry, but we feel a loss because that was one of our "kids". And it isn't like we buy them one day and 3 wks later they are dead. Each of our fish have grown to well over 6 inches (the comet & common gold fish), and we've had them for over a year before they have died.

Absolutely. We all love something or other and also want some one else to love us. Hence we are humans. If there is no love then we are humans by body but not my heart. I got three Kois and 1 Shubukin for my son. I have a 55 gal tank to start with. I did not know much about Kois and how much they grow. My son asked for it and I got it. Couple of weeks back, one of the Koi died for some reason. It was suggen death. One of the Kois was trying to float but started going upside down to the top of the tank. They are all less than 3 inches. All I could do was quickly buy a quarentine tank and moved them to that tank with fresh water. That night I got up every 30 mins to 1 hour and was watching them. I think that I do love them a lot. It does not matter what others think. We as a family went to the pet shop got some medicines, pond salt etc and treated the fish. It took 48 hours to see that the three remaining fish are back to normal life. I dont know what happened early. But I still feel guilty that I could have done something to save that Israli Koi. We still miss him. But we are happy that we could save the remaining three. Now they seem to be happy roaming around in the 55 gal tank. We had a pretty bad year health wise in our family. To round it our beautiful Koi also died. EOD, we are really sad that we lost him but also happy that we could save the rest. So my message is love fully and love showed from your heart comes back in form or the other. Good Luck and keep loving.

NO! I adore my fish! I just posted a question regarding my tank, as I came home this morning to find my most gorgeous discus on the floor next the tank all dried up - and I started crying!! Heck, they're pets...I've spend thousands on my tank but the joy it's given me has been priceless. Once you get into the discus, there's no going back...personality plus. Don't feel weird, feel human. You wouldn't have a tank if you didn't love animals, now would you?

I did a study in another country application to get faraway from issues in my existence, and that i replaced into long previous for enormously much 6 months and not one 2d did it get my suggestions off of my now fiance or my relatives stresses that have been around me. i replaced into in college and figured that no longer in basic terms could i'm getting credit for going to college yet specifically i had to get faraway from all of us i knew and thought i ought to distance myself... have confidence me it would not paintings... If something no longer understanding every person around you reasons you to think of greater appropriate to the individuals and places you probably did be attentive to from residing house, making it greater on your face and unforgetable... My suggestion could be to attend it out, do no longer make a drastic determination like that yet till possibly you call him in a month or some thing and attempt to chat issues out with him.... I prefer you properly...

I love my fish! I cry when they are sick or when they die, and I love to watch them and spoil them!

They all have their unique personalities too, you just have to watch them for a while to see it.
