whats the samllest aquarium for an adult bristlenose catfish?

i hav a 13 gallon tank and i hav 7 fish including 1 bristlenose catfish and was wondering will it be ok in it when it reaches full size i cnt upgrade cuz its to expensive

You should be OK as long as the other fish dont grow too big as well.
Plecos aren't really active swimmers so they dont need a huge amount of open water to swim in. A good filter and keep up the water changes and you will be fine.

10 gallons is the smallest tank I would ever even consider putting a Bristlenose in... Even at about 5 inches, they should have some room to swim. Your tank should be fine as long as your 7 other fish don't get too big and you keep up with your maintenance.

That seems way too small really. They need room to forage and it seems a bit cruel to me. Why not sell him back to the shop and buy fish that are smaller.
