Running a decent-sized tank probably costs less that you think. Have you added it up?

5 gallon kit: $26

includes full hood and mini filter.

Heater: $9

That's all you need at first, then you can add what you want from there. The total is $34. You can probably find what you need for even less than that. But also consider, they're easier to clean, actually. A jar like that has to be cleaned every 2 days, and a larger tank would only need changing weekly. You're also less susceptible to frequent deaths because the toxins are more diluted. It's really a whole lot better to have a tank. Do it for your fish.

After firing do a entire "area strip" cleaning. When saved wipe down with a gun material as a minimum month-to-month.. Subject striping simply method taking the steel parts off of the inventory,do away with the bolt and easy the entire exposed constituents and use a q-tip on the small areas. Easy the outside of the stock and the motion/barrel mattress of the inventory. A gun cloth is a great delicate cloth that has been impregnated with a high grade artificial lubricant. If the rifle is scoped smooth the external and use a excessive grade optics cleaner for the lens. Be certain you easy the within of the dirt covers/caps. Mag wells are a amassing field for dust and filth. Make certain you smooth this area good and lubricate. Correct cleansing and care will enable you to pass the rifle down to the next new release. A foot be aware: On wood stocks. They dent with ease, to dispose of a dent in the timber, take a damp material and place it over the dent. Use a steam iron and passing the iron over the damp cloth will iron out the dent. The moisture will swell the wood and the dent will go away. Wipe the stock dry after which with a few drops of fine furniture oil on a dry smooth material wipe the inventory in every single place, and then wipe dry with a smooth material. This works for actual wood fixtures. Just right success

Buy a "turkey baster" it shouldn't cost much. And use that everyday to clean the gravel, pick up all the waste with it.

And change about a cup of water everyday.

Use dechlorinated water. And you can dechlorine water naturally without spending a penny by letting the water stand for 24hrs atleast.

All the best.

You should do a 20-30% water change once a week and also use a soft sponge with no chemicals or soaps to just gently rub any debris off the glass. If it has gravel I would siphon it but 2G seems small to do any gravel vacuuming.

You need to get a tank of at least 5 gallons for a single betta. You need to perform weekly water changes of 20-40% and treat with water conditioner.

Id say if you only have 1 fish, maybe every week or so. im not sure how big the cookie jar is, but if its large enough, you should add some live plants, dress it up alittle; make it cute.
