Depending on the size of the feeding fish you are looking for bait minnows may be cheaper.

Location, location, location. There are many commercial Aquarium Fish Breeders. Look for listings in your area. Again I say Location is very important.

If you can't have them delivered, grow your own. OR get them at WalMart.
