That's totaly normal. You can place a few plastic plants around it or even better under it to help her feel mre secure.

Best thing you can do is let her have them outside of the net, and use a small juice cup to catch the babies. More often than not they chill at the top of the tank and close to darker objects like heaters and air pumps. The small suction of putting the cup in the water usually pulls the babies into it. Then you can put them in the breeding net until they're big enough to be on their own.

Hikari sells baby fish food if you interested in seperating them and setting up a baby tank, otherwise just squish up some flake food and you're good to go. I have two batches of babies right now.

Look at it this way, if you're used to rattling around a whole house then someone locked you in the bathroom for a few days and you coudln't get out - would you freak out? I know I'd go stir crazy in a little box!

yea. When I put my guppy Lily in the trap she freaked out because she wants to play with her tankmates.

yes, pregnant guppies get stressed, it should quit about a week before she gives birth, because it will hurt to bad for her to go wacko.

yup, mine did this we put her in over night and she had jumped out by the next morning. be careful you may loose the babies it is very stressful putting them in the breeders. my advice is to take her out, you will no when she is having them there bum goes pointed, you may not no what im onabout but it will all come clear. another sign that she is having them is you will be able to see there eyes and a kiind of bubble will appear in her bum this is actually the fry's eyes. the best thing is to let her have the babies in her normal tank. then go round and catch them after it takes along time but its fun and worth it! hope i have helped
